Booking & Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of £25.00 is taken for all bookings in the form of
cheque, pounds sterling
Visa cc etc.
Kindly make cheque payable to W. McBain esq.
Please note: The night before departure, kindly pay balance by cash (prefered) or cheque
with bank guarantee card.
The preferred method of paying the balance is cash. Cheque with bank card is acceptable.
I can accept a Visa CC. to confirm reservations of bookings of over three days, in the adjacent holiday homes,
payment is required six weeks in advance.
(Any last minute cancellations, make these more difficult to relet at short notice.)
NB. A booking is a legally binding contract. In the event of cancellation I
require a minimum of 10 days' notice.
(Other agreements may be made for High Season.)
If less than 14 days' notice is given, the outstanding balance for the accommodation
less breakfast is due
unless the room can be re-let.
Cutting short your stay will entail payment of the reserved night - less the breakfast cost.
(Unfortunate for golfers that don't make the cut.)

No reduction is be made for temporary absence, breakfasts not taken or for early departure.
